Overview

Due to the new Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) that came into effect on July 1st 2014 many clients wanted to reach out to current recipients of their communication emails and allow them to confirm their consent to continue to receive email communications regarding promotions and offers.

This is an example of Summit’s Food Service communication requesting consent. Moving away from the traditional letter form email request Summit distributed a more visual and fun way to express message via a “Perfect Pairings” theme.

This CASL email communication allows the recipient to confirm their subscription to receive information and promotions from various Summit Food Services categories.
