Enhanced the user experience through the introduction of a dynamic feature enabling users to create Groups at various hierarchical levels within a chosen Space. Unlike the previous constraint that restricted users to creating Groups solely at the root level of a Space, this innovation empowers users with the flexibility to establish Groups at any desired level. The result is an elevated level of organization and increased adaptability in file structuring.
In conjunction with this advanced feature, a revamped navigation system has been meticulously crafted. This system facilitates seamless transitions for users between Spaces and Groups, ensuring an intuitive and efficient navigation experience. The combination of these enhancements not only refines organizational capabilities but also streamlines user interactions, contributing to an overall improved user interface.
To optimize user engagement, I transformed the platform’s layout to adapt seamlessly to users’ screens. Embracing a full-width layout, the platform now harnesses the entirety of the user’s screen, maximizing user engagement and creating a more immersive experience.

My efforts involved implementing necessary changes both within the platform and across the component library, guaranteeing a universally accessible interface.
Many of these features showcased below are still in development.
Streamlined File Sharing
Orchestrated a seamless transformation in the file-sharing process. By condensing the procedure into a single screen, users can now send files for review with unparalleled ease. This transformation also includes an expedited file expiration selection process, offering commonly used presets and a customizable date picker for utmost convenience.
Design System Template
Played a pivotal role in crafting a comprehensive design system template library, which serves as the foundation for ensuring a harmonious user experience. This library standardizes colors, typography, icons, and overall layout elements. Additionally, my contribution involved pinpointing gaps in the existing design pattern, enhancing the platform’s visual cohesiveness.
User Flow: Integration of OTP into Account Sign Up
Bolstered the security of the account sign-up process by implementing Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using One-Time Passwords (OTPs). This additional layer of protection ensures the utmost security for user accounts, providing peace of mind for both the platform and its users.
The following user flow diagram shows the updated integration of OTP security and how it affects the path the user takes when signing up for an account.
